Integration is a two-way process and it requires both willingness of an incoming researcher to integrate as well as the ability of the hosting institution to create the welcoming environment. We devote our efforts to prepare the EURAXESS network and its staff to overtake the role of “agents of change” within their host institutions and proactively encourage the creation of institutional environment supportive to mobility and welcoming to diversity.       •    Creation of a concept for model workshop aiming at raising awareness of host institutions
      •    Pilot test via workshops held in Bulgaria and Slovenia 
      •    Content of the “train the trainer” module for the EURAXESS network

      •    Creation of an online tool - intercultural competence manager
